It's got to be fresh, locally produced and provide opportunities to sample the very best that Cornwall can offer. In 2011 we were given a new gold award, our third, by the British Hen Welfare Trust for our use of free range eggs. Whether it's those delicious eggs from nearby Home Farm, fish caught by local trawlers or bacon and sausages made from the finest ingredients, you'll find it on our breakfast tables. Choose from our long list of regular favourites like mouth-watering farmhouse sausages from home-reared pork, the best bacon and oven-roasted tomatoes you've ever tasted; indulge in some of our frequent specials like locally-smoked haddock, salmon and kippers, or huge omelettes for two to share. All that, plus fresh toast or muffins, organic cereal, real coffee and tea, fruit, freshly-squeezed orange juice and apple juice from Cornish orchards.
