Orchard Lodge Cancellation Policy

 ● Deposits confirm a reservation and are non refundable.
 ● A £20 per room per night deposit is required at time of booking (£30 if booking
   just one night). If booking is within seven days of arrival 50 per cent deposit is
   required; bookings within 24 hours of arrival require payment in full.
 ● Cancellations made more than seven days before arrival will not incur further
   charges. The deposit may be credited if a re-booking is made within 12 months.
 ● Cancellations within seven days of arrival:
   The cost of the stay will be charged in full unless we can re-let.
 ● Notify us within 24 hours of booking if these terms and conditions are not
   acceptable.
